I add dyneema rope to distribute outward forces from only the cross braces, but it wasn’t enough. If I can  think of a way to insert not permanently welded , aluminium tubing, instead of dyneema rope, it will be a good alternative. Thanks for the idea

Thanks for the answer. It is not at all late. It is a winter project, moving very slowly. The main use of the inflatable mattress, won’t be as a mattress 😉. At the following, links I understand that alpackaraft, advice no more than 2.5 psi. Fabric and construction similar to any DIY project.
