Someone must have read your post :-). This feature is now available in the Nortik Duo Expedition packraft. The raft has two internal bags which are sealed with watertproof zippers. Has anyone tried a Leafield C7 valve?  Looking at other oackraft brands it seems a few used this valve and it looks sleeker or lower profile.  With zipper installation if the leafield needed repair its easily accessible too?   Any reason you dont use these instead of Boston valve Matt  ?

Since my inflatable seat was developing leak after leak I glued one together using vinyl cement and some cheap (20 Eurones) white 500g/sqm vinyl (PVC tarpaulin) from ebay. Works like a charm, no leaks, I did not even bother to add seam strips.

Unfortunately I don’t offer an ultralight version of the 2-Person packraft because I don’t think it would be strong enough… the standard weight 2-Person kit is already quite light compared to any other comparable boat. Cheers!

Edit…. Looks like bulk sales are suspended right now so I won’t be able to make that brace after all. Feel free to throw in some extra scraps in that sample pack if you want 😂

Hello from Utah, I don’t know how I end up on this website but now I have a sample pack ordered and a goal to make a foot brace for my current pack raft. If that goes well maybe over the winter I’ll make a DIY pack raft.
