Thanks for attempting to place an order with DIY Packraft!

The DIY Packraft shop uses the “Stripe” online credit card processing software. When a Stripe transaction fails, it’s usually a problem with the customer’s credit card. Please try a different card or:

  • Ensure that all the card information was entered correctly
  • Check to make sure you’re not exceeding the credit limit on the card, especially if you haven’t paid off the balance after making other purchases. If this is the case, you will need to pay down your credit card balance before you can complete the purchase.
  • Check to make sure you’re not exceeding the card’s daily transaction limit or single transaction limit. If this is the case, you will need to contact your bank and instruct them to raise the limit.
  • If you have checked the above possibilities and the transaction still fails, it may have been flagged as a “suspicious” transaction by your bank. In this case, you will have to phone the number on the back of your credit card card and instruct them to allow the transaction to proceed.

If a different sort of error is occurring (such as a message saying there is no shipping method available, or if the Stripe form is not visible in your browser), you could try ordering from a different device or browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc).

To help me diagnose website problems, please contact me and include the following in your message:

  • What browser you are using
  • The type of device you are using (phone/tablet/computer) and the operating system
  • What items are in your Cart
  • Your shipping address

Please do not send any credit card information in an email.

Thanks again for your order!
