Chilko Spray Deck

Note: These instructions are only for the Chilko spray deck.

Removable Spray Deck Option:

If you want to make your spray deck removable, simply weld a zipper around the deck before you attach it to your packraft – details on this page. Note that the deck shown on that page is made with the TPU side facing up, so the zipper is mounted on top of the deck, but because the Chilko spray deck is made with the TPU side facing down, the zipper can be mounted to the underside of the deck (a cleaner and easier installation). Here are some pictures of a Skeena with a TPU-down spray deck, similar to the Chilko deck, with minor differences (thanks to Muriel Chahine for the pictures!).
