So I got maybe a third of the way through sealing one of the 4-sections to the floor of my raft when I realized that I had used a 4R instead of 4L. Luckily I was able to pull it off but the TPU on the section pulled off of the fabric and remained stuck to the floor. My plan to to rectify this is to use aquaseal to adhere the section in the areas where the TPU was damaged. Will this be strong enough?

In this case, I think I would heat seal them in place as best as possible and add Aquaseal where necessary, and then reinforce the joint with an additional strip of fabric heat sealed on the outside of the packraft (overlapping the joint between the tube and the floor). I’d add the reinforcing strip after the seam strips were in place joining the tube pieces to tubes 3 and 5 so they don’t interfere with them. Cheers!
