I hope this isn’t a repost, I searched but didn’t find anything.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to install a Backband for the front paddler in a voyageur (facing forward)?
In the absence of a DIY option I would probably buy the Alpacka Backband.
The one issue I see is that backbands. Typically have two forward side attachments (no problem) and two rear attachments that connect to the rear pieces of the raft (behind the seat). This is not possible in the middle since there is no wall there. Best I could do is connect them to the floor or to the sides. Anybody tried this?
Any body successfully installed a backband for the front paddler?
