When your order ships, you will receive an automatic order completion email from DIY Packraft. If you have not received this email, your order has not yet shipped.
Note that depending on your email provider, the order completion email may be flagged as spam, so be sure to check your spam folder, especially if that’s where your order confirmation email ended up.
If emails from DIY Packraft are filtered as spam, please mark them as “not spam” and add DIY Packraft to your contacts so future correspondence will reach your inbox.
Remember, you can see the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email beside the shipping method.
The estimated delivery date includes the order processing time.
Emailing me to ask when your order will ship will only slow down the order processing time.
