Chilko Seat Attachment Points

Approximate time required: 45 minutes.

Note: You may want to add these attachment points after you’ve set up your thigh straps and back band (so you know where you want to locate the seat).

Note: Adjust the seat height by letting air out of the seat.

Assembly Steps:

1. Iron Preparation & Heat Sealing Practice If this is your first DIY Packraft, do not skip this step!
2. Separate Fabric Pieces
3. Mark & Label Fabric Pieces
4. Inflation Bag
5. Footrest
6. Seat
7. Back Band
8. Inflatable Floor Insert
9. Packraft Assembly:
   1. Tubes 3R & 3L
   2. Tubes 2R & 2L
   3. Tubes 1R & 1L
   4. Front Center Seam
   5. Apply Sealant to Inside Forward Seams
   6. Airtight Zipper (optional)
   7. Tubes 4R & 4L
   8. Inflation Valve
   9. Rear Center Seam
   10. Inflate & Test for Leaks
   11. Apply Sealant to Outside Seams
   12. Thigh Straps
   13. Seat Attachment Points
   14. Other Attachment Points
10. Spray Deck Assembly (optional)
11. Spray Skirt Assembly (optional)
